Yoga blocks- I recommend a 2 pack to start out with. Dancers with more flexibility are welcome to bring extras!
Ankle Weights- Young dancers should start out with a set of 1 pound (each) weights. Dancers age 7+ can upgrade to 1.5-3 pound weights as their strength increases. I am happy to answer any questions and let you know which weight will work best if needed!
Therabands- Each dancer will need 1 theraband in the proper strength. I love packs like this because they include multiple band strengths that grow with your dancer!
Water- Please make sure your dancer comes with plenty of water for each session! These water bottles are great if you need a new one!
